AFTER MATH PULLING TEAM Gary, Bonnie, Kassi, Kyle Karlen, And Kristi & Allen Mangus
The Tractors are owned by Gary and Bonnie Karlen and Drove by Gary, Kyle and Kassi.
The tractor is called Aftermath, In 1994 at our home town pull we blow our tractor, Temporary Insanity up, at this time we were running the 426, it broke a tooth of the ring and pinion causing the rear end to lock up, this in turn destroyed the transmission allowing the motor to free rev for a split second throwing two rods so it was pretty much was a total loss, In 1998 we got the tractor back out now powered by the 516, this tractor was the aftermath of Temporary Insanity and the name just stuck so we named the new tractor Aftermath to.
We are from Minerva Oh this is about 30 min. east of Canton.
The tractor is a Component Prostock AGCO DT240a, We built the chassie last winter in our shop, It is a wedge/tube frame with a SQHD rearend, Cat Plantaires, and a Humpco 3 speed trans.
It is powered by a 516 Allis-Chalmers signal 4.4 CDS turbo, Simpson p-pump and water system, Bullit Cylinder head built by Dad, Dad also builds every thing that her can for the tractors.
We mainly pull with OSTPA www.ostpa.com and hope to run so Smoker Series this summer to.
Special thanks, Terry's Tire Town, Hoppel Fab, Humpco Machine, and Mit Mar Mag farms
We are hope to get the D-21 back out this summer it will also have the 516 in it but were not sure what class we will be running
P.S. If Orange Was Easy Every One Would Do It DARE TO BE RARE (that is on the back of the new tractor)
